Terms and Conditions – ZR999 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZR999 website at zr999.ws, including all services, games, promotions, and features available through the platform. By accessing the ZR999 website, creating a member account, or placing a single bet, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZR999 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

To register and play on ZR999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZR999 does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or business.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information — including false date of birth or identity details — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by ZR999 or have previously been permanently banned from the platform.

ZR999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID) from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ZR999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and all balances being forfeited.

When registering on ZR999, you are responsible for:

• Providing a valid and accurate mobile number that you own and have access to. Your mobile number is your primary contact point and recovery method.
• Creating a password that is sufficiently strong and that you do not share with any other person. ZR999 support staff will never ask you for your password.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether it was conducted by you or by a third party who gained access through your negligence.
• Notifying ZR999 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ZR999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a member's failure to maintain proper credential security.

All financial transactions on ZR999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
• Deposits are processed in real time. Funds are credited to your ZR999 wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be flagged for compliance review.
• ZR999 does not accept deposits made using illegally obtained funds. Any deposit suspected to originate from criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third party's account.
• Before your first withdrawal, ZR999 reserves the right to complete a standard identity verification process. Submitting accurate documentation promptly will avoid delays.
• Processing times: standard members under 10 minutes; Gold VIP under 10 minutes; Platinum VIP under 2 minutes; Diamond VIP instant. These are targets and may be affected by payment gateway availability beyond ZR999's control.
• Any active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement must be fully wagered before the relevant bonus funds can be withdrawn. Real-money balances are not subject to this restriction.

From time to time, ZR999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or arb bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion with other members, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation, winnings forfeiture, and account suspension.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on ZR999 bonus credits is 1×, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered once. Specific promotions may carry higher requirements, which will be stated clearly in that promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses not used within their validity period will expire automatically.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only, on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• ZR999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or by email/SMS.

Any winnings generated through bonus play that are identified as resulting from technical errors, system faults, or exploitation of glitches may be voided by ZR999 at its discretion.

The ZR999 VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme available to all registered members. Participation is automatic from the first bet. Tier assignment is calculated on a rolling 30-day wager basis and updates daily.

• Loyalty points are earned on all real-money bets placed on ZR999 at a rate determined by the member's current tier (1 to 5 points per Rs 10 wagered).
• Accumulated points may be redeemed for bonus cash at a rate of 1,000 points = Rs 1,000, subject to a 1× wagering requirement on the redeemed amount before withdrawal.
• Points do not expire while an account remains active (defined as at least one bet placed within 90 days). Points are placed on hold after 90 days of inactivity and are reinstated immediately upon any new bet.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses in the Sunday-to-Sunday period and credited to wallets every Monday by 12:00 PKT. Cashback is withdrawable without additional wagering requirements.
• ZR999 reserves the right to amend VIP Club tier thresholds, points earning rates, and benefit structures. Members will be notified of material changes at least 7 days in advance.

By placing bets on ZR999, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after placement confirmation, except where a specific game or market's rules explicitly permit it (e.g., certain live betting cash-out functions).
• In the event of a technical fault mid-game or mid-round, ZR999 will make every reasonable effort to settle bets fairly. If a round cannot be completed, bets placed before the fault are either settled on the outcome achieved up to the fault, or voided and stakes returned — at ZR999's discretion based on the specific situation.
• For live casino games, the outcome displayed on the live dealer's video stream is final and takes precedence over any display error on the member's screen.
• For sports and esports markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Walkovers, disqualifications, and abandoned events are settled according to the specific rules posted for each market.
• ZR999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of obvious pricing or odds errors, system errors, or where the outcome was knowable by the bettor prior to placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZR999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other programme that interacts with the ZR999 platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing hand information in poker-style games or coordinating betting patterns to guarantee bonus profitability.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets using information not publicly available.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the ZR999 platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any member who discovers such an error must report it to ZR999 immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ZR999 staff, customer support agents, or other members in any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or payment method ownership.

ZR999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help members stay in control of their play. The following tools are available to all ZR999 members from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break of 24 hours up to 30 days, during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily deactivate your account. During self-exclusion, ZR999 will not send promotional communications and will block any re-registration attempts.

In the event of account closure for reasons of member breach or fraud, ZR999 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account to offset losses or damages incurred. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to member fault, any real-money balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ZR999 support at support@zr999.ws. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is finalised.

ZR999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures.

To the maximum extent permitted, ZR999 will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or any other financial loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or any circumstances beyond ZR999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised third-party access to the member's account.
• Losses resulting from a member's reliance on information displayed on the platform where that information was affected by a technical error.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the ZR999 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZR999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ZR999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes via the platform, by SMS, or by email to the contact details registered on the account.

Where changes are material — such as changes to bonus wagering requirements, account rules, or withdrawal procedures — we will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be updated without prior notice. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the ZR999 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

2. ZR999 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
